The EC/QREC ELO Concealed Pendent Sprinkler VK538 is a thermally sensitive, welded spray sprinkler designed for installation in concealed ductwork where a smooth ceiling appearance is desired. With a K-factor of 11.2, this sprinkler produces flows that meet ordinary hazard density requirements at lower pressures than 5.6K or 8.0K sprinklers. Its fusible operator and special deflector feature meet the requirements of the Quick Response Extended Coverage standard. The VK538 sprinkler is cULus listed for Standard Response and Quick Response.
